Rachel is Director of S&P Global Commodity Insights Upstream Energy's Upstream Transformation service, based in Singapore. She leads the global team responsible for developing insights that enable upstream stakeholders to reduce greenhouse gas emissions from their core oil and gas operations and navigate change during the energy transition. She also leads the team responsible for forecasting and benchmarking above-ground risks for the upstream sector in Asia Pacific. Rachel brings 15 years of experience in policy, regulatory and risk analysis, as well as global benchmarking. Previously, she led the Singapore branch and Asia analysis division of Exclusive Analysis (now S&P Global Commodity Insights), overseeing numerous risk projects for clients in a wide range of sectors.
Rachel holds a Master of Arts in political science from Johns Hopkins University, United States.
