New Reporting Dashboard Brings Greater Transparency and Insights to WSO Trade Closing Services Clients
We are bringing a new level of transparency and control to the loan markets through the launch of an enhanced reporting dashboard for loan settlement. These enhancements provide the front-, middle- and back-office with daily access to both current and historical performance metrics.
"We are always looking for ways to improve the service for clients," says Kory Doan, Global Head of WSO Trade Closing Services at S&P Global Market Intelligence. "Transparency and insights are key as firms look to increase alpha, reduce funding costs, and stay fully invested through faster settlement times."
The dashboard, which also surfaces metrics from ClearPar, our loan trade settlement platform, provides firms with the ability to monitor performance across multiple counterparties and agent banks, spanning primary and secondary trades (LSTA, LMA, Distressed), uncovering actionable insights for the front office. The improved transparency and reporting also ensures clients do not forfeit Delayed Compensation which can run into the millions every year for the average firm.
"Transparency is at the heart of everything we do," continued Doan. "Not only do the new dashboards provide greater insights to our clients, but they also give full transparency to how we're performing on their behalf. This level of accountability and partnership characterizes our relationships with clients."
Since 2011, the Trade Closing Services team has been providing Managed Service solutions to 100+ clients, across the buy- and sell-side, with the advantage of optimizing cash and position management by delivering improved T+ settlement times for loans. A $25 billion credit manager, with over 4,000 block trades and 16,000 allocations, has reduced T+ settlement times by 6 days in the first month since adopting our Trade Closing Services.
