Unveiling a Consolidated Ecosystem for Loans
Long before the pandemic shone a spotlight on the heavy cost of workflow inefficiencies and siloed technologies, we recognized the need for a consolidated platform to manage the lifecycle of syndicated loans. In fact, back in 2017 we made a commitment to bring together our best-of-breed loan solutions to create a consolidated site that is capable of delivering end-to-end loan lifecycle management.
Since then, we have united inbound agent notice management, loan reference data and position reconciliation. We have also helped the industry achieve significant efficiencies and reduce operational risk by automating the delivery of trade data to custodians. And this year, we are proud to announce that we have migrated our ClearPar loan settlement solution to our integrated platform and rolled out a consolidated UI across all of our solutions, including an updated look and feel.
As a result of these innovations, a streamlined, unified loan market platform is no longer a distant ideal: it is a reality. Our clients can now use a single log-in to access recent agent notices, position information and loan reference data alongside trade data, while enjoying the benefits of a unified and enhanced user experience. They can also create customized workflows and dashboards that support their priorities and preferences. And they can gain access to new innovations as they are released, such as the ability to self-manage, approve and publish Administrative Details Form (ADF) data including payment instructions. Not only have we brought these solutions together, but we have also focused on increasing the interoperability between them (including Loan Reconciliation/ADFlow, and Loan Reconciliation/ClearPar/Affiliate Letters).
While the new, integrated platform and UI represent a significant leap forward in terms of workflow automation and risk mitigation, we are even more excited about what comes next.
Now that every point in the loan lifecycle and every loan market participant can be supported on a single platform, the potential to find new efficiencies and create greater transparency is limitless. With the integrated platform already welcoming early adopters, we are moving forward with a new development cycle that will support increased connectivity and workflows between position, servicing, trade, affiliation, administrative and reference data.
With the introduction of our end-to-end platform and consolidated UI, the future has never looked more exciting for this complex asset classes.
