This week, Qualcomm and investment firm SSW Partners acquired ADAS (advanced driver-assistance systems)-focused supplier Veoneer for USD4.5 billion. The move terminated Magna’s prior takeover agreement with the company.
The deal also saw the sale of Veoneer’s Arriver autonomy software business to Qualcomm.
